“ I cannot begin to express how much this place absolutely exceeded our expectations. It was walking distance from our hotel so we decided to try it out and I am SO happy that we did. The food? Out of this world. The service? Quick and friendly. The atmosphere? Decorated wonderfully with a mixture of Irish and Wildwood wall decor. When I say everything we ate here was amazing- that is an understatement. My boyfriend got the chicken fingers & fries and mozzarella sticks while I got the baked mac and cheese and French onion soup. When I’m craving macaroni and cheese (my favorite food) THIS is what I’m talking about. The servings are huge so we have enough for another big meal tomorrow as well. The soup was fantastic and the mozzarella sticks are HUGE. No joke, they’re gigantic. Our server, Shawn, was very kind as was the man at the bar when we entered. Thank you so much and we will definitely be back next time we’re in town. ”
“ We got the mozzarella sticks for an appetizer and they were as huge as they were delicious. Don't even get me started on the shepherd's pie and chicken pot pie! Absolutely to die for. The shepherd's pie was meaty and flavorful and the chicken pot pie's crust was light and flaky with the creamiest filling I've ever had in my life. Definitely worth every cent for such generous portions! ”
“ Amazing food for a very good price. The portion are large, we had to take them to go because we couldn’t finish them. Also the place is really nice and cozy, not very crowded. It was perfect for us. Get a boot and order the famous pies. You won’t regret it. ”
“ First things first, the food was as delicious as it was big. And it was absolutely huge (I'm a pretty average sized guy, but I was completely famished and what you can see in the last picture is how much was left after I had been completely full) . My girlfriend and I have been trying out the restaurants around and nothing was as good as Cattle n Clover was. The vibe, the people, the music. Had a great time here, will definitely come again whenever we get the chance. ”
“ Stopped in around dinner time, called first and they had a table ready for us when we got there. They have live music so it is very noisy, we didn’t mind. The shepherds pie is amazing. Corned beef and cabbage spring rolls SO GOOD— I’ll be dreaming about these when we leave wildwood. Chicken pot pie is very good, more of a bechamel taste so just a little different then I’m used to, but still yummy. Nachos were good too, house made potato chips loaded with fixings. Service was friendly. There was a grinch bar crawl and the grinch came over to say hi to our 6 year old which was cute! ”
“ Had an enjoyable time. Greg and John were quick to get our drinks, food orders and were fun to chat with. Food was delicious with a simple fall menu. Pool tables and aping pong table. Looking forward to going back. ”
“ Absolutely great experience! After calling about a dozen places to accommodate our group of 30 people to watch the USA women’s soccer game, these guys were happy to have us! John (the owner) was BEYOND accommodating! He brought out 2 huge refillable soda containers for all of the kids, they loved that! Offered to make us an appetizer sampler to hold us over until our meals came and it was awesome! Homemade mozzarella sticks are phenomenal!! The food was great and definitely got our money’s worth! I would give it 10/10!! ”
“ WOW! Irish food, and it was freaking delicious!!! I usually don’t care for it. We came with a very large party for an AAU basketball tournament, 23 of us on a Friday in June peak season and they were able to accommodate us right away and BONUS do separate checks. The Shepard pie was one of the best things I have eaten in a while. The servers were great and amazing long enough the espresso martini was better than most fancy restaurants I’ve ever been to. Menu is small but everything was delicious nobody in our party was unhappy. ”
